For most KLINGER valves, we offer automation according to customer requirements.
Our automated shut-off valves are an ideal addition to our extensive portfolio of manual valves in many process applications. They enable reliable and precise control of liquid, gaseous or solids-laden media in industrial processes. This leads to improved process efficiency, as precise flow rates and pressures can be maintained, which in turn improves the quality of the end products.
Automated valves can be seamlessly integrated into process control systems and enable operators to effectively monitor and control the systems remotely, which is particularly beneficial in hard-toaccess, safety-relevant areas or large, complex systems.
In addition, the automation solutions can react quickly in emergency situations by safely closing or opening the valves (fail close, fail open) to ensure plant safety.

- We offer customized automation solutions that are specially tailored to the needs and requirements of your specific applications.
- Thanks to the standardized head flange of our ball valves in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5211, there is the possibility of individual, manufacturer-independent and retrofitted automation.
- Each delivered unit is subjected to an internal functional test with suitable equipment (explosion protection devices). The relevant specifications, such as safe functionality at the specified control pressure, correct signaling of the end positions or the correctness of the safety position, are checked.
- Required actuating times are ensured by pre-setting and practical or electronic measurement.
